At night, while you're in bed ready to sleep, think of 5 things that
make you grateful for that day. Even if you have a terrible day, you
should be happy that you had food to eat, friends and family there for
you, and for being alive. If you're reading this, you have a computer
and a home, and you're extremely lucky for that; more than you'll ever
realize. There are always more unfortunate people than yourself.
Laugh! Laughing will instantly make you feel better, and it releases feel-good hormones.
Think of the good times you've had, to smile and laugh all over
again. Flip through photo albums as well. Don't be sad because it's
over, smile because it happened!
To boost your mood fast, treat yourself to some sugar, wear bright colors and listen to some upbeat music!
Talk to a friend about your insecurities and problems, they'll make you feel better.
