Meditate On …All things were created through Him and for Him. Colossians 1:16 Make Jesus Central God’s Word tells us that all things were created through Christ and for Him. And if all things were created for Him, then it means that JESUS is at the center of it all! As believers, it behooves us then to make Jesus central in every area of our lives. When you do this, you’ll find that life ceases to become a struggle. It becomes filled with a deep sense of purpose and is easy because you are flowing with Him. So when you pray for your child’s education, for example, don’t pray with the mindset that education is central in your child’s life and Jesus exists to help your child get into a good university. Pray that your child’s education will glorify Jesus and fulfill the plans and purposes that He has for him. Above all, pray that Jesus has center place in your child’s life. That’s how they will have the inward strength to be different from other kids. Let’s raise Davids, Daniels and Esthers in our families. Where others may depend on man’s approval and bow to the pressures of the world, our children will know that they have God’s approval and will walk in His favor, wisdom and power! Beloved, when Jesus is at the center of any area, that area cannot help but thrive and be full of His life. So pray for your job, career, finances and ministry in the same way, and expect to see His purposes, His anointing, His good success and His life infuse these areas of your life for His glory!
