Love You

Self Love Exercise:

*WARNING* This may be challenging. If you are afraid to face your flaws --- STOP READING NOW.

1. In front of a mirror, look at yourself for 30-60 seconds.
2. Start naming all of the things you see that you DON'T LIKE & write them down.
3. Feel the emotion from it. Cry if you need to.
4. Next to it, write the OPPOSITE of what you don't like. Example: I hate my legs. I don't like my hair. etc. You'd change it to: I LOVE MY LEGS, THEY ARE TONED, FLEXIBLE AND SEXY. MY HAIR IS BEAUTIFUL. ETC
5. Then, while looking in the mirror speaking out loud to yourself -- read the GOOD list of things about yourself. Feel & envision those things as true.

End with saying this: "This is who I am. This is real. I am amazing. I love myself. My flaws are now my perfections. I love every cell in my body. I am improving everyday. I have the energy and motivation to get better and better each day. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you!!!

Then hug yourself. & Kiss the mirror.

It may feel silly at first & you may think its pointless, but if you do it DAILY, your own mind will start to believe it! When your mind believes it your BODY will start to take the actions to make it real. Try it, and come back & share your experience.
