KINGSTON, Jamaica – A Police Constable, Davian Thompson attached to the
St Catherine North Police Division last night, shot and killed his wife,
Latoya Campbell-Thompson at the Oaklands Housing Estate located on
Constant Spring Road in St Andrew. It is understood from residents at
the scene that Constable Thompson killed his wife at approximately 11:00
pm.
Further, it is reported that Thompson was found dead in the Grant’s Pen
gully which is close to the Oaklands Housing Estate by residents of the
area at approximately 6:00 am today with a single gunshot wound to his
head. Investigators strongly believe that Constable Thompson committed
suicide.
