Thank you for your continued support of this blog. Today I would like to discuss fear. Fear is defined by dictionary.com as a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or imagined; the feeling or condition of being afraid. Fear keeps us from achieving greatness and it deters us from seizing great opportunities. Have you ever been gripped with fear? We all have at one time or another. I was filled with fear before I began this blog. Many fearful thoughts ran through my mind the days before like what would people think about me if they knew That I attempted suicide in 1997. Thoughts like people would think I was weak or crazy. I thought that nobody is going to read your blog, why are you doing this, it will be a total failure. I allowed these thoughts of fear to run rampart in my mind for days before I decided to fight them off and eliminate them. Every time a fearful thought would enter my mind, I would replace it immediately with a positive one. For example, this blog won't help anyone would be replaced with this blog will benefit millions of people around the world. Thoughts like this blog will be a total flop would be replaced with this blog will be successful. FEAR: is False Evidence Appearing Real. Fight off your fears with positive thoughts. This will require some practice but you can do it!
